Officer Potus was an elephant police officer in the Albany police force. He attempted to negotiate a peace treaty between Zebra and Zeeba Zeeba Eata, but failed. He later helped the city decide what to do with the gophers, and helped Zebra get Rat's McZeeba's restaurant shut down.
