Willy is a young neighbor of Rat and Pig's. He is possibly the only neighbor Rat is on good terms with, due to the fact that he is young. His father, Neighbor Bob, places a lot of pressure on him to do well in school.
Personality
Willy is constantly anxious and stressed due to the fact that Bob places a lot of pressure on him to do well in school. He is also slightly weak-willed, often giving in to Pig's suggestions that he relax.
